16 April 2024 - Allocation of places made
1 May 2024 - Deadline for accepting places

3 November 2025 - Online applications for Year 3 places opens

15 January 2026 - Online application for Year 3 places closes

2 February 2026 - Last date to submit a written explanation giving reasons why your application was late, for your application to be agreed as ‘on time’. If you move house, this is the last date for you to provide evidence of your new address and for it to be considered ‘on time’ in the allocation process.

2 March 2026 - Applications received after this date will not be offered a school place until the week commencing 15 June 2026.

16 April 2026 - Allocation of places made

16 - 23 April 2026 Continuing interest applications open.

17 April - 23 April 2026 Continuing interest lists are created.

23 April 2026 - Deadline for accepting places

11 - 15 May 2025 - First continuing interest run

15 May 2026 - Last day to register an appeal (4pm)

15 - 19 June 2026 - Second (and final) continuing interest run

10June - 17July 2026 - Appeals hearings

In-Year Admissions (including during the summer holiday)

As a voluntary aided school, we are our own admissions authority. You should apply direct to the school, if you are interested in applying for a place. During summer holidays, contact the school office via email admin@thomascoram.herts.sch.uk. We are happy to take application requests at any time.
